BIB Dreamwork

The work that turns three days into a real path forward.

This is your Dreamwork. It is the most important homework you will do this weekend, because everything we hand you on Sunday is built from what you write here tonight.

Set aside 30 to 45 minutes. Find a quiet spot. Answer honestly, especially in the parts that ask you about your purpose, your numbers, and where you actually want this to go.

Before you begin

  • All questions are required unless marked Optional.
  • Your answers save as you go. If you have to step away, your work is held for you.
  • If your phone dies or you close this tab, come back to this page on the same browser and device. Your progress saves here automatically for 30 days.
  • The financial section asks for real numbers. Estimates are fine. Honesty matters more than precision.
  • Melina reads every Dreamwork on Saturday night. Your Go Forward Plan is hand-built from your answers and given to you Sunday.
Step 1 of 8 · About You

Tell us who you are.

The basics first. We use this to build your Go Forward Plan and to know how to reach you when we have a deal that fits.

Please enter your full name.
Please enter a valid email.
Please enter your phone number.
Please choose your BIB weekend.
Please choose how you are attending.

We are not building this for who you wish you were. We are building it for who you actually are, right now, today. That is the only place real momentum starts.
Step 2 of 8 · Your Background

What brings you to real estate?

We want to know where you are coming from. The honest version, not the polished version. The more we understand, the better we can build a path that actually fits.

Please share your thoughts here.
Please choose one.
Please choose one.
Whatever brought you here, you are here. That matters. The next 48 hours are about turning that decision into a path you can actually walk.
Step 3 of 8 · Core Purpose

The questions that matter most.

This is the heart of the Dreamwork. Slow down here. The numbers later in this form tell us what you can do. These questions tell us who you are.

My core purpose is to empower and encourage every person I meet to realize their core purpose. When you know yours, the work changes. The path stops feeling like a grind and starts feeling like a calling. That is what I want for you this weekend.

The reason you are here. Not a job title, not a goal. The thing underneath everything else.
Take a moment with this one. Please share.
Please share.
What moves you. What makes you angry. What makes you cry. What you cannot ignore.
Please share.
If you have not felt this yet, what does the picture look like in your mind?
Please share.
Please share.
What you just wrote is the why underneath everything else in this form. Hold onto it. We are going to come back to it.
Step 4 of 8 · Your Goals

Where are you going?

Goals are how we measure whether the path is working. Be specific. "Make more money" is not a goal. "Close my first wholesale deal by August and bank $8,000" is a goal.

A goal you write down is a goal you can be held to. The team that reads your Dreamwork on Saturday will hold you to these.
Step 5 of 8 · Reality Check, Part 1

The honest numbers.

It is hard to hit goals when you do not know your starting point. Estimates are fine. Leave anything blank that does not apply. Every blank field counts as $0.

I have done over 250 flips and 200 multi-family units. None of it started with a deal. It started with knowing my numbers cold. You cannot build real wealth on a shaky foundation. Get the numbers right first. Everything else follows.

Most people skip the part where they write down how they will do the work. You did not. That is the difference.
Final Step · Review and Submit

Look it over before you send.

Once you submit, your Dreamwork goes to Melina and the team. Take one last pass to make sure your answers reflect where you actually are. You can edit any section by tapping Edit.

Your Dreamwork is in.

A confirmation copy is on its way to your email. Keep it. Bring your printed Go Forward Plan home Sunday and put them side by side. The gap between where you are and where you said you want to be is the work.

What Happens Next

Melina reads every Dreamwork on Saturday night. Your Go Forward Plan will be hand-built from your answers and given to you Sunday evening at the close of class.

See you tomorrow.
